Military and First Responders Weekend takes place at Shawnee Mountain Ski Area in East Stroudsburg from Friday through Sunday, March 13–15, 2026, during operating hours from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. This appreciation weekend honors active-duty military and also includes first responders, with special lift ticket and rental offers available at the mountain.
Active-duty military members and their immediate family (spouse and children under 18) receive a free lift ticket and free ski or snowboard rentals with valid military ID (including dependent IDs). Retired military and military reserve members receive 50% off lift tickets and rentals. Discounts do not apply to snow tubing, ski school lessons, or children’s programs.
